• Partner companies: Completion reports and installation documentation are shared with the propane company that submitted the relevant work orders.
• Service providers: We use third-party services (including Supabase for data storage, Twilio for SMS, and Google for email) that process data on our behalf under appropriate data protection agreements.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. Installation records and completion documentation are retained for a minimum of 3 years for business and legal purposes.
