1. Acceptance
By accessing this website or using Tank Track Technologies LLC ("TTT") services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Services
TTT provides field service coordination for tank monitor installation and management. Our services are provided to business customers (propane companies) under separate service agreements, and to technicians under employment or contractor agreements.
3. Platform Access
Access to TTT's operational platform is restricted to authorized users. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. Unauthorized access is prohibited.
4. Intellectual Property
TTT's platform, software, and website content are the property of Tank Track Technologies LLC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform or content without express written permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TTT shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to TTT in the preceding 12 months.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Haven County, Connecticut.
